Two dedicated pepper cleaning lines and a continuous decontamination system are used to process different quality standards such as FAQ 400/450/480/500/550 g/l, semi-cleaned, machine cleaned 500/550/600 g/l, 5 mm bold, ASTA, R.A certified pepper, steam pasteurization and sterilization (HTST).
